Kinder Scout & Reservoir from Snake Path
Snake Path is very popular route from Hayfield up to Kinder Scout. It is also a historical path in which 500 walkers took wilful trespass in 1932 to protest their rights to be able to walk in this beautiful countryside.
Now we can all enjoy the beauty of the Peak District and this is certainly one of the most walked paths. I wanted to create a panorama to capture the full vista as you walk along Snake Path. I chose August as I wanted the glorious heather in the composition. I also have a landscape taken a little further back from this spot.
