This photograph of the deer at Lyme was taken from Plattwood Farm which was our home for a couple of years. I had a wall between myself and the deer, giving me some cover so that the deer were quite at ease. What is always tricky with capturing a herd of deer like this, is having them all with their heads up and ideally looking in to the camera. A few whistles worked a treat on this occasion.
