The Shooting Cabin & Sandy Heys
This is the iconic Shooting Cabin on Leygatehead Moor. Due to its location along Snake Path, a popular route to Kinder Scout, this Cabin has become a well known landmark, and one that can be spotted on the landscape from miles around. I wanted to create a colour pop with the heather for this capture. Whilst looking at my composition I spotted people walking along Sandy Heys on Kinder Scout, which really gives a sense of scale to Kinder in the distance.
