Wast Water & Great Gable
Wast Water has to be my favourite in the Lakes. It is such a dramatic landscape no matter what the conditions. But when the conditions are good and you can see the grand vista of Scafell Pike & Great Gable it really takes some beating. The cloud on this day was fairly low enough to clip the top of Great Gable. And I had the pleasure of including a couple of Herdies too…can you spot them?
