Taken during the heatwave in 2018 which scorched the grass as you can see. This was one of the longest temperature inversion that I have seen. I arrived at around 4am and the inversion was still as thick when I left at 8am. The mist would move up in to the pass and back again, almost like a wave in the ocean. It really was a sight to behold.
