How to Order:

Ordering couldn't be easier just add the items you wish to purchase to the shopping cart and follow the step by step instructions to checkout.

Payment 

Payment is taken via PayPal. You do not need to have a Paypal account, you can use any type of credit or debit card to make your payment.

However, If you prefer to pay by bank transfer please contact me and I will send you an invoice. Once payment has been received I will confirm receipt, make up your order and confirm dispatch.

Delivery:

I have now made delivery FREE on all UK orders!

If you are outside of the UK, please message me and I can supply you with a quote for the shipping.  I will send you a separate request for this payment. Please note it is your responsibility to pay any import duty or taxes.

Orders are sent by either Royal Mail or DHL courier. You will receive an email once your item/s have been shipped and our couriers will contact you with specific delivery dates. A signature will be required.

Please check your order carefully upon receipt. In the event that there has been any damage to the order in transit, the damaged goods must be signed for as damaged/or delivery refused and we must be advised within 48 hours.

Production times

Most of my items are made to order.

Greeting cards & Calendars are shipped within 1-2 days

Mounted prints are shipped within 3-4 days.

Framed prints are shipped within 1-2 weeks.

Canvases are shipped within 1-2 weeks.

If you are working to a deadline please contact me before ordering to discuss current shipping estimates, I will always do my best to accommodate your deadline. During busy periods orders may take longer to dispatch, in this instance we will advise of any delays to your order. 

Returns:

If you are not entirely satisfied with the  items ordered we will refund your order but we must be contacted within 48 hours of delivery and items returned undamaged within 14 days of receipt. If an item is faulty a full refund will be given. Please do not return faulty or damaged items until you have contacted us and a refund has been approved. Items simply returned with out prior approval will not automatically be refunded.

Any goods must be returned in their original condition, items which are returned damaged or dirty and which can not be re-sold will not receive a refund . All costs relating to postage for returns are the buyer's responsibility.

Packaging

I endeavour to minimise waste at every possible opportunity by reusing packing materials whenever possible. This means the outer packaging that your order arrives in may have been previously used.
